COURSE OVERVIEW:

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

−Implement commissioning checklists, manage configuration changes, and perform routine maintenance and hardware troubleshooting.

−Diagnose software faults, troubleshoot field devices, carry out system recovery and backup procedures, and generate performance reports.

−Demonstrate advanced surge and performance control strategies, integrate CCC systems with machine monitoring tools, and apply cybersecurity best practices.

−Create and modify control loops, run fault simulations, test manual versus automatic modes, and conduct interlock testing.
