COURSE OVERVIEW:
Transitioning to a new ISO standard or upgrading an existing management system represents a significant shift that impacts organizational culture, processes, and people. This course provides leaders with the strategic tools to manage the human and operational dimensions of change, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Participants will learn how to move beyond technical compliance to foster an environment where change is embraced as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
The scope of this training involves the application of proven change management models, such as Kotter’s 8-Step Process and the ADKAR model, specifically tailored for ISO implementations. Attendees will explore techniques for identifying stakeholders, assessing organizational readiness, and overcoming systemic resistance. The curriculum emphasizes the lead role of management in communicating the "why" behind the transition and aligning the new requirements with the organization’s long-term vision.
Coverage includes the development of a comprehensive transition plan, the establishment of change teams, and the training strategies required to bridge competency gaps. Participants will examine the psychological aspects of change, learning how to address employee anxiety and build a "quality-first" culture. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to lead their organizations through the complexities of ISO transitions, ensuring that new standards are not just implemented but successfully institutionalized.

TRAINING COURSE METHODOLOGY:
A highly interactive combination of lectures, discussion sessions, and case studies will be employed to maximize the transfer of information, knowledge, and experience. The course will be intensive, practical, and highly interactive. The sessions will start by raising the most relevant questions and motivating everybody to find the right answers. The attendants will also be encouraged to raise more of their questions and to share in developing the right answers using their analysis and experience. There will also be some indoor experiential activities to enhance the learning experience. Course material will be provided in PowerPoint, with necessary animations, learning videos, and general discussions.
The course participants shall be evaluated before, during, and at the end of the course.
COURSE CERTIFICATE:
National Consultant Centre for Training LLC (NCC) will issue an Attendance Certificate to all participants completing a minimum of 80% of the total attendance time requirement.
