COURSE OVERVIEW:

Documented information serves as the structural backbone of any modern management system, providing the necessary evidence of compliance and operational consistency. This course explores the transition from traditional paper-based record-keeping to sophisticated digital document control environments. Participants will learn how to maintain the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of information while meeting the stringent requirements of international standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

 

The scope of this training encompasses the entire lifecycle of documented information, including creation, approval, distribution, storage, and eventual disposition. Attendees will evaluate various digital platforms, from simple cloud storage solutions to advanced Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). The curriculum focuses on establishing robust version control, electronic signature protocols, and secure access hierarchies to prevent unauthorized alterations and ensure data reliability.

 

Coverage includes the strategic alignment of document control with organizational goals, emphasizing the reduction of bureaucratic overhead through streamlined digital workflows. Participants will examine the legal and regulatory implications of electronic records, including data privacy laws and digital forensic requirements. By the end of the course, attendees will be equipped to design a scalable digital documentation framework that enhances organizational agility and simplifies the audit preparation process.

TRAINING COURSE METHODOLOGY:

A highly interactive combination of lectures, discussion sessions, and case studies will be employed to maximize the transfer of information, knowledge, and experience. The course will be intensive, practical, and highly interactive. The sessions will start by raising the most relevant questions and motivating everybody to find the right answers. The attendants will also be encouraged to raise more of their questions and to share in developing the right answers using their analysis and experience. There will also be some indoor experiential activities to enhance the learning experience. Course material will be provided in PowerPoint, with necessary animations, learning videos, and general discussions.

 

The course participants shall be evaluated before, during, and at the end of the course.

 

COURSE CERTIFICATE:

National Consultant Centre for Training LLC (NCC) will issue an Attendance Certificate to all participants completing a minimum of 80% of the total attendance time requirement.
