| 05 – 09 Jan. 2026, Abu Dhabi | 06 – 10 July 2026, Abu Dhabi |
COURSE OVERVIEW:
The ISO 9001 Internal Auditor course is a practical program designed to equip quality professionals with the skills required to assess and improve an organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). In a competitive marketplace, the internal audit is a vital management tool for verifying that processes are meeting customer requirements and that the organization is adhering to its own quality standards. This course provides a hands-on approach to auditing, focusing on the process approach and risk-based thinking.
The scope of this training involves the application of ISO 19011 auditing principles to the specific requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Participants will learn how to audit the management system clauses, including leadership commitment, operational planning, and performance evaluation. The curriculum emphasizes the auditor’s role in evaluating the effectiveness of business processes rather than just checking for document compliance.
