Developing Effective Management Review Meetings
| 06 – 10 Apr. 2026, Abu Dhabi | 03 – 07 Aug. 2026, Dubai |
COURSE OVERVIEW:
Management Review Meetings (MRM) are a cornerstone of any ISO-based management system, representing the critical link between operational performance and strategic direction. This course is designed to transform these meetings from passive "check-the-box" exercises into dynamic, value-adding forums for decision-making and continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to structure reviews that provide senior leadership with a clear, data-driven picture of the organization’s health and compliance status.
The scope of the training includes the requirements for management reviews across various standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Attendees will explore the specific inputs required for a compliant review, including audit results, customer feedback, and process performance metrics. The curriculum focuses on how to distill vast amounts of data into concise, actionable insights that enable top management to allocate resources effectively and set meaningful organizational objectives.
Coverage extends to the practicalities of facilitation, from agenda setting and time management to the documentation of outcomes. The course addresses the human elements of management reviews, such as fostering engagement and ensuring accountability for follow-up actions.
