Project Quality Management System (QMS)

06 – 10 Apr. 2026, Cairo31 Aug. – 04 Sep. 2026, Abu Dhabi

COURSE OVERVIEW:

The successful delivery of any project is predicated on the ability to meet or exceed the specified requirements of the stakeholders through a rigorous quality framework. This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), focusing on the integration of quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control. It addresses the technical and managerial standards required to ensure that deliverables are fit for purpose and compliant with international industry standards.

The scope of this training encompasses the development of the "Project Quality Plan," the execution of "Quality Audits," and the technical application of "Statistical Process Control" (SPC). Participants will learn how to distinguish between "Prevention" and "Inspection" costs while implementing "Continuous Improvement" methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean. The course provides practical tools for managing "Vendor Quality," conducting "Root Cause Analysis" (RCA), and establishing "Quality Metrics" that drive project performance.

Coverage includes the analysis of the ISO 9001:2015 standard in a project context, the implementation of "Quality Gate" reviews, and the management of "Non-Conformance Reports" (NCR). Attendees will explore the role of the "Quality Manager" and learn how to foster a "Quality Culture" within multi-disciplinary project teams. By mastering the Project Quality Management System, professionals will be able to reduce re-work costs, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and ensure the operational integrity of the final project assets.
