This course provides a high-level framework for Project Portfolio Management (PPM), focusing on the processes required to balance resource capacity against project demand while optimizing the overall return on investment. The scope of this training encompasses the technical application of portfolio selection techniques, the prioritization of initiatives based on risk and reward, and the continuous monitoring of portfolio performance. TRAINING COURSE METHODOLOGY:

There will also be some indoor experiential activities to enhance the learning experience. Course material will be provided in PowerPoint, with necessary animations, learning videos, and general discussions.

The course participants shall be evaluated before, during, and at the end of the course.
