The scope of this training encompasses the application of "Feasibility Studies," "Risk Assessments," and "Sustainability Appraisals" across diverse sectors. Participants will learn how to evaluate "Alternative Options," utilize "Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis" (MCDA), and conduct "Sensitivity Analysis" on key project drivers. The course addresses the complexities of "Stakeholder Impact" and "Environmental Appraisal," providing practical tools for navigating the "Select" phase of the project lifecycle.
Coverage includes the analysis of "Social Cost-Benefit" (SCBA), the implementation of "Due Diligence" protocols, and the execution of "Financial Modeling" for project selection. Attendees will explore the "Gate Review" process and learn how to present "Investment Recommendations" to executive boards and steering committees. By mastering project management appraisal, professionals will be able to act as "Strategic Gatekeepers," protecting the organization from non-viable ventures and maximizing the value of the project portfolio.

TRAINING COURSE METHODOLOGY:

The attendants will also be encouraged to raise more of their questions and to share in developing the right answers using their analysis and experience. There will also be some indoor experiential activities to enhance the learning experience. Course material will be provided in PowerPoint, with necessary animations, learning videos, and general discussions.
The course participants shall be evaluated before, during, and at the end of the course.

National Consultant Centre for Training LLC (NCC) will issue an Attendance Certificate to all participants completing a minimum of 80% of the total attendance time requirement.
