Participants will learn how to identify the "Early Warning Signs" of contractual distress and implement mitigation strategies before disputes escalate. The course addresses the complexities of "Final Account" reconciliation and the "Transfer of Care, Custody, and Control" (TCCC), providing practical tools for a clean and professional project exit.

TRAINING COURSE METHODOLOGY:

Course material will be provided in PowerPoint, with necessary animations, learning videos, and general discussions.

The course participants shall be evaluated before, during, and at the end of the course.
