11 – 15 May 2026, Sharm El Shaikh05 – 09 Oct. 2026, Abu Dhabi

COURSE OVERVIEW:

In complex industrial projects, the ability to move materials, equipment, and people safely and efficiently is often the difference between a project that is on schedule and one that is in crisis. This course provides a comprehensive framework for managing the logistics "Lifeblood" of a project, from global sourcing and heavy-lift transport to the establishment of site-level infrastructure. It focuses on the strategic integration of the supply chain with construction execution to ensure that the right resources are available at the right time.

The scope of this training encompasses "International Logistics" and "Incoterms," the management of "Heavy Lift" and "Over-Dimensional" cargo, and the design of "Temporary Site Infrastructure." Participants will learn how to navigate "Customs and Border" requirements, manage "Freight Forwarders," and oversee "Warehousing and Laydown" operations. The course addresses the complexities of "Remote Site" logistics, providing practical tools for managing site access, camp facilities, and internal site traffic.

Coverage includes the analysis of "Logistics Risk," the implementation of "Last-Mile Delivery" strategies, and the management of "Sustainable" logistics practices. Attendees will explore the utilization of "Track and Trace" technology and learn how to design "Logistics Hubs" that minimize site congestion. By mastering project logistics and infrastructure, professionals will be able to optimize the project’s physical flow and provide a stable foundation for technical construction and assembly.
