| 09 – 13 Feb. 2026, Abu Dhabi | 10 – 14 Aug. 2026, Abu Dhabi |
COURSE OVERVIEW:
The successful delivery of a project is often determined not by its technical completion, but by its acceptance among a diverse and often conflicting set of stakeholders. This course provides a comprehensive framework for identifying, analyzing, and engaging with individuals and groups who can influence or are impacted by project outcomes. It focuses on the strategic importance of building trust and maintaining transparent communication to align expectations and minimize project resistance throughout the lifecycle.

The course addresses the integration of stakeholder feedback into the project’s decision-making process, ensuring that social and political risks are mitigated proactively.
