27 Apr. – 01 May 2026, Abu Dhabi24 – 28 Aug. 2026, Abu Dhabi

COURSE OVERVIEW:

In the high-stakes world of construction and industrial projects, the emergence of contractual claims is often an inevitable consequence of complexity and uncertainty. This course provides a sophisticated framework for identifying, documenting, and resolving claims before they escalate into costly and time-consuming legal battles. It focuses on the technical and legal rigor required to build a defensible case, whether as a claimant seeking entitlement or as a defendant protecting against meritless demands.

The scope of this training encompasses the entire lifecycle of a dispute, from the initial notification of a potential claim to the final determination by an arbitral tribunal or court. Participants will learn how to utilize contemporary records to prove causation and quantum, ensuring that every claim is rooted in factual evidence rather than speculation. The course addresses the various Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms available, providing professionals with the tools to select the most efficient path toward settlement.
