| 27 Apr. – 01 May 2026, Abu Dhabi | 21 – 25 Sep. 2026, Dubai |
COURSE OVERVIEW:
The management of a project portfolio requires a strategic shift from individual task oversight to the holistic optimization of organizational resources. This course explores the best practices for balancing competing priorities, managing interdependencies, and maintaining executive-level visibility across multiple concurrent initiatives. It focuses on the development of a centralized governance framework that ensures all projects contribute to the overarching strategic goals of the enterprise.
The scope of this training encompasses the technical and leadership challenges inherent in multi-project environments, including resource leveling, cross-project risk mitigation, and the standardization of reporting protocols. Participants will examine the role of the Project Management Office (PMO) in providing the necessary support and oversight to ensure consistency and quality across the portfolio. The course addresses the complexities of managing shared resource pools and the negotiation skills required to resolve internal priority conflicts.
