The scope of this training involves the advanced application of the "Milestone Plan," from the initial long-range scope development to the detailed "Day-by-Day" execution schedule. Participants will examine the "Ready-for-Start" process, utilizing "Pre-Turnaround Readiness Reviews" to identify gaps in logistics, manpower, or materials. The curriculum emphasizes the "Execution Control" phase, where real-time data is used to steer the project away from schedule drift and toward a successful, leak-free startup.

Coverage includes the management of "Simultaneous Operations" (SIMOPS), the utilization of "Advanced Planning Software," and the implementation of "Quality Assurance" hold points. Attendees will explore "Risk-Based Scoping" and "Discovery Management" protocols that protect the project finish date.
