Integrity Data Management and Reporting (Inspection, Corrosion and RBI Data)

12 – 16 Jan. 2026, Dubai05 – 09 Oct. 2026, Abu Dhabi

COURSE OVERVIEW:

Integrity data management and reporting constitute the central nervous system of any sophisticated asset integrity management system (AIMS). In the modern industrial landscape, the sheer volume of data generated from inspections, corrosion monitoring probes, and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments can be overwhelming if not managed through a structured, digital framework. This course provides participants with the technical strategies required to collect, validate, store, and analyze complex integrity datasets to transform raw numbers into actionable business intelligence. It focuses on the move from fragmented "data silos" to integrated platforms that provide a single version of the truth regarding asset health.

The scope of this training involves the detailed architecture of integrity databases, focusing on how different data streams—such as ultrasonic thickness measurements, chemical analysis of process fluids, and NDT imagery—interact within a centralized system. Participants will explore the principles of data governance, ensuring that information remains accurate, traceable, and secure throughout the asset lifecycle. The curriculum emphasizes the importance of data quality at the point of entry and the role of automated data validation routines in preventing the "garbage in, garbage out" phenomenon that often plagues industrial reporting.

Detailed coverage is provided on the generation of high-level integrity dashboards and regulatory reports. The course teaches participants how to use data visualization techniques to highlight corrosion trends, remaining life estimates, and RBI risk profiles across entire plant sections. By integrating spatial data through Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and 3-D Digital Twins, attendees will learn how to provide stakeholders with a clear, visual representation of asset risk. The program concludes with a forward-looking view on the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in predicting future degradation patterns based on historical data clusters.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

After completion of this course, the participants will be able to:

  • Design and implement a robust integrity data management framework for industrial facilities.
  • Integrate diverse data streams from inspection, corrosion monitoring, and process operations.
  • Apply data validation and cleansing techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.
  • Develop automated reporting templates for API 510, 570, and 653 compliance.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create real-time asset health dashboards.
  • Map corrosion circuits and inspection groups within a centralized database.
  • Execute trend analysis on historical thickness data to predict remaining life and retirement dates.
  • Link Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) outputs directly to maintenance and turnaround schedules.
  • Manage the security and accessibility of sensitive technical data across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Implement Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for the management of linear asset data.
  • Evaluate and select Integrity Management Software (IMS) based on organizational needs.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to identify hidden patterns in degradation and failure data.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

This course is specifically designed for Integrity Data Coordinators, Inspection Engineers, Corrosion Specialists, Asset Reliability Managers, and IT Professionals supporting engineering departments. It is also highly relevant for Maintenance Planners and Quality Assurance Managers who rely on accurate data to schedule interventions and ensure regulatory compliance in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.

TRAINING COURSE METHODOLOGY:

A highly interactive combination of lectures, discussion sessions, and case studies will be employed to maximize the transfer of information, knowledge, and experience. The course will be intensive, practical, and highly interactive. The sessions will start by raising the most relevant questions and motivating everybody to find the right answers. The attendants will also be encouraged to raise more of their questions and to share in developing the right answers using their analysis and experience. There will also be some indoor experiential activities to enhance the learning experience. Course material will be provided in PowerPoint, with necessary animations, learning videos, and general discussions.

The course participants shall be evaluated before, during, and at the end of the course.

COURSE CERTIFICATE:

National Consultant Centre for Training LLC (NCC) will issue an Attendance Certificate to all participants completing a minimum of 80% of the total attendance time requirement.
