- Apply the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

- Verify savings through Option A, B, C, and D of IPMVP methodology.
- Distinguish between measured, stipulated, and calculated savings approaches.

7. M&V for Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and Carbon Reporting
- Develop M&V plans for ESCO projects and performance-based contracts.
- Integrate M&V with carbon footprint reduction strategies.
