The course will provide the participants the fundamentals on the functions of AC Motor Controller.

Magnetic controller
Parts and operation of a typical magnetic contactor.
Operation of a magnetic contactor in a typical AC motor controller.
Operation of maintaining master switches and momentary master switches.
Operation of float switches, pressure switches, limit switches, and flow switches.
Operation of bellows thermostats and bimetallic strip thermostats.
Purpose of overload devices.
Parts and operation of two types of thermal overload devices.
Parts and operation of a typical magnetic overload device.
